All goods remain the property of HELL 13 until paid in full.
Returns must be agreed upon by us before being accepted.
If returned for a refund the customer will incur a restocking fee of 20%. We can exchange goods but the goods must be in original new condition with packaging (if applicable)
Shipping of Goods being returned will be at the customers cost unless the goods were faulty and a RA has been issued under Warranty Conditions.
If purchasing with Afterpay please read their updated Terms as well. We will give credit for returns paid for via Afterpay minus 20% restocking fee.
