Shipping & Returns


Flat Rate Shipping Australia Wide.

We usually send orders Express Post, larger items will be send via Courier.

We use Australia Post & Couriers for our deliveries.

If you are using a PO BOX for your orders delivery please also provide a backup Address in your address section of your account for us to use in case we need to send via Courier as they don’t deliver to them unless you subscribe to the new Australia Post service for accepting certain Couriers.

We also have Flat Rate Shipping to New Zealand. If possible we will send Express depending on costs to send at the time. It may take a little longer at the moment to receive goods with all the restrictions on flights etc.

Products on Backorder

If you place an order which includes both in-stock products and backordered products, we will dispatch all items together once the backordered items arrive into stock. If you would like your in-stock products sent immediately, please order them separately.


Returns must be agreed upon by us before accepted, If returned the customer will incur a restocking fee of 20% for change of mind.

We can exchange goods but the purchased product must be in original new condition with packaging (if applicable)

Shipping of Goods being returned will be at the customers cost unless the goods were faulty and a RA has been issued under Warranty Conditions.

All products are covered under a 12 Month Warranty for defects.

We will give credit for returns paid for via Afterpay minus 20% restocking fee.
